Mission
To create a unified, financially sound and professionally administered organisation that is user-friendly to our athletics family; by focusing specifically on development and marketing; in an environment of honesty, respect for individual rights and provision of equal opportunities to all; in order to enable us to achieve our goal of becoming the sport of the people. In addition, it is to make a contribution towards nation building and healing of our land, South Africa, through the sport of athletics. (Item 3.1 of the AGN Constitution).
